Hello family, friends and fellow sailors. As most of you know we have been struggling over the past eleven months to sell our White Rock home and move to Steveston Village. I am happy to say that the house has finally sold.
Our fortunes took a turn for the better when we switched realtors early in September. Our previous realtor had the listing for 11 months, through much of the worst of the recession driven market. Unfortunately, his valiant efforts were just not producing offers so we decided to work with Dave Snider of Sutton Realty as he had impressed us with some innovative approaches he was using in other listings he already had.
